However, it's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for orders that contain incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Future Apparel will ship to the address provided by the customer and will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Sizing and Product Details:
The customer is responsible for reviewing the sizing guides provided on our website and selecting the appropriate size. Faithmade will not be responsible for exchanges or returns due to incorrect sizing choices made by the customer.

Faithmade endeavours to fulfil orders promptly and accurately. In the event that Faithmade makes a mistake in fulfilling an order (e.g., wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect), we will gladly replace the item(s) or issue a refund with in-store credit as necessary.

Faithmade's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the products or services provided.

Sale Periods:
Faithmade uses 'Sale Periods', which might be better known as 'Pre-Sales', only with a little twist. We will release a Sale Period date (example: 01/01/24 - 07/01/24), which means within that period, orders will be open. We have strict deadlines with each Sale Period.
Why is this?
Since we are a small but rapidly growing we need time to improve our services. This means orders can take time as we don't have the current facilities to hold on-site stock. Once the Sale Period is over, we manufacture each order and personally pack them.
Manufacturing:
We work with top-of-the-line manufacturers. Each order is 'Made on Demand', which essentially means once your order has been made your product will begin to be freshly produced, shipped out to us, checked then shipped out to you.
We know it might be a lengthy wait however, this process ensures a higher quality of product which we strive for.
Orders can take around 4+ weeks.
