Refunds Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Faithmade. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refunds are only permitted for faulty products.
• To be eligible for a refund, the faulty product must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products returned for a refund must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our "How We Run Orders" section and agree to abide by its terms. You also agree to understanding that orders can take up to 3-4 weeks with potential unexpected delays which could be caused by unforeseen events.
